September brings a fresh set of updates from Swaper. From the latest platform numbers to important privacy and account reminders, here’s what’s worth knowing this month.
📈 August in Numbers
August kept things moving on the platform, so let’s get into the numbers.
During the month, 7.33 million EUR in loans were funded, bringing the total value of loan claims sold on Swaper to more than 1.134 billion EUR. Meanwhile, interest paid to users reached 20.55 million EUR, with 10 594 registered users on the platform.
The average interest rate across all time stood at 14.05%, while the average cash drag from the previous month was 5.34%.

Updated Privacy Policy Now in Effect
As of 14 September 2026, our updated Swaper Privacy Policy is in effect. The update provides clearer information on how we collect and use personal data and the legal grounds for processing it, as well as how data may be shared, stored and transferred.
We’ve also updated the information about cookies and third-party services, clarified your rights regarding your personal data and made the overall wording and structure easier to follow.

Keeping Your Swaper Account Safe & Up to Date
Alongside keeping you informed about how we handle your data, we also want to remind you of a few simple ways to keep your User Account secure and your information up to date.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) will soon become mandatory on Swaper, so we recommend enabling it already now. It’s quick to set up and adds an extra layer of security when signing in.
Please also keep your identity documents, address, contact details and other personal information up to date. If anything has changed, please reach out to us at info@swaper.com and we’ll be happy to help.
💡 Good to know: Any requested documents can be uploaded to your Swaper User Account only via a web browser. For your security, avoid sending personal documents by email.
