What is Loyalty Bonus?
Swaper Loyalty Bonus is the way how we reward our natural person Users who have entrusted us with their funds and qualify for a Loyalty bonus program, granting an additional 2% p.a. to the interest for new Claim Right purchases in Wandoo Finance and SW Finance loans.
How can I obtain Loyalty Bonus?
The Loyalty bonus is granted when your total User Account value has been in the amount stated in the Loyalty bonus terms and conditions for three consecutive months. You need to keep this amount to stay in the Loyalty bonus program. The system will check the value of your User Account at the end of each calendar month. This means if you have registered as a User on, for example, January 11 and added the required amount then January will already count towards your Loyalty bonus check.
Will I get Loyalty Bonus automatically?
Yes, the Loyalty Bonus check (i.e. Loyalty Bonus granted or revoked) is performed at the end of each calendar month. You will receive an e-mail once the Loyalty bonus has been granted.
My Loyalty Bonus was revoked, what happened?
If you have received an e-mail informing you that your Loyalty bonus has been revoked, it means your account value has dropped below the threshold for three consecutive months. To receive the Loyalty Bonus again you will need to bring your User Account value back to the threshold or above and keep it at that level for three consecutive months.
