This marks the company\u2019s first full year of operations and highlights the significant steps taken to support the broader Swaper ecosystem through strategic lending activity and financial discipline.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve summarised the key results and developments below to give you a quick overview of how SW Finance performed during its first full year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solid Growth in Lending and Revenue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SW Finance O\u00dc was established in July 2023 but in reality started its business operations in December 2023 with the aim of issuing business loans and supporting Swaper Platform O\u00dc\u2019s expansion. 2024 marked the company\u2019s first full operational year, during which it demonstrated a strong ability to scale and deliver consistent results.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the main highlights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Total loan receivables at year-end reached 14.64 million EUR.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Revenue (interest income) increased to 2.40 million EUR.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Gross profit reached 46,293 EUR.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Net result for the year was a loss of 29,768 EUR<\/strong>, which reflects deliberate investments in establishing sustainable operations and in 2025 the company is well profitable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The loan portfolio was built through careful selection, with three companies receiving financing over the year. This measured approach aligns with the company\u2019s risk-conscious strategy and long-term focus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stable and Responsible Lending Model<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SW Finance O\u00dc operates exclusively in euros and works only with EU-registered companies. This approach ensures that the company\u2019s risk exposure remains aligned with the European regulatory and economic framework.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Growing Role in the Swaper Ecosystem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Throughout the year, SW Finance O\u00dc maintained close cooperation with Swaper Platform O\u00dc, helping to expand the range of opportunities available to users.
